What is a Challenge Group?

A challenge group is a way to keep accountable to your goals in a supportive community. Check in with Instagram or Facebook using unique hashtag to join in! Always give a shout out to #mpshealth, I'd love to hear from you!

3/30 Group

Taking ownership of your physical health doesn't have to mean dedicating a couple of hours 7 days a week to being the best that you can be. Whether it's going for a walk, or P90X, make your health work for you.

3/30 is an on-going challenge to get you moving at least 3 days a week, 30 minutes each time. Check in using #mpshealth #330

Monthly Challenge Groups

MPS Health is a holistic approach broken in to four parts:
  1. Mental Health
  2. Physical Health - Nutrition
  3. Physical Health - Fitness
  4. Spiritual Health
Each month, we focus on a different area of health, cycling through each one three times within a year.
